Popup notifcation question

I had the old notifier installed before this one of course, but there is only one module of the uddeim notifier type.

This is what I've installed:



The settings looks like this:



I tried setting it to 'new messages counter' and then back, it shows the same popup for both.

I just had a suspiscion, is the display not changed in the popup, but only in the module display?

Disable "No output". When you select "No output" uddeIM does not show any lines.

That was what I just suspected, I'm talking about the popup, and you're talking about the module output
Ok, I'll leave it as it is, as I don't want the module to be shown on the page (I've gotten too much info on it already )

No the floating box does only show the number of messages.

Is there a way to get the teaser code into the floater function?

Quite difficult since the floating box is created by Javascript.

The complete module is very complex. Adding such code is possible but it also requires a new AJAX function that returns the messages (the feature is easier to implement without AJAX but I am pretty sure people will ask for it).

Nevertheless this feature could be used on small sites only because of the required server load.
