Is there a way to disable this message? I would prefer it to only have the top part instead of displaying this. Where I have it stretches my top bar down, and when I have messages it looks as I want it to. You can see the bar I am talking about at

although you won't be able to see the module unless you are logged in. It is the top bar that has "register"
