Where can I change the email notification text?

Hello -- I've been trying to change the text on the notification email that goes out and cannot find where to do so. Looked in all language files and not finding it there.

FAQ Ch. 10.3.3

I had already tried those language files. Went back and did so again and all I see is the following:

COM_UDDEIM_SELECT_FIELD_SHOWBOX_DESC="This mailbox will be displayed."
COM_UDDEIM_SELECT_FIELD_SHOWBOX_LABEL="Select mailbox to display"

The current message that is sent is not displayed so I can change it. Any other way to get to the correct file to change? THANKS!

Can you provide a link to the chapter? The one I found gave directions to the language files in administration/components and what I pasted in above is what was in the file. Clearly I'm missing something!!!

The FAQ is already in your harddisk (see also the sticky) and it mentions two folders where you can find the language files and none of them contains XML files.

Maybe you should also read FAQ Ch. 14.2 "What languages and codebases are supported?" which lists the file name for a specific language.
