MySQL Mistake

Hello!
After installing uddeIM 2.8/stable with all choosable plugins and modules I got some big mistake in my MySQL. I am aware about the FAQ document in the file, is it possible to find help in there or is there any one who has an idea how to solve this?
It shows:

That has nothing to do with uddeIM.
Ensure that your access permissions to /mnt/shared/tmp (and below) are correct.

You could also contact phpadmin development in order to get the correct settings for their application.
