Installing error 1146 was created by makapusa
hey guys,i get this error whyle i try to install.
i do use latest joomla and latest uddeim :dry:

I assume you have Joomla 1.6 or higher running and you have not installed the "_j16" package, so Joomla was not able to create the database tables when installing the component.

The next error you will run into is described in FAQ 3.2. You will also find how to fix the problem (first solution). When you have tried to install the wrong package you have to fix your Joomla database as described in FAQ 3.2 before you try to install the correct uddeIM package again.

I got the same error, but I do not understand what FAQ 3.2 you are referring to.
As the previous post, I also have the latest Joomla and Uddeim versions.

Do we have to install the _j16 package?

Hello,

Joomla! 1.6 and 1.7 are unsupported now, so you need to upgrade to Joomla! 2.5

Hello,

Joomla! 1.6 and 1.7 are unsupported now, so you need to upgrade to Joomla! 2.5


uddeIM supports Joomla 1.0, 1.5, 1.6, 1.7, 2.5 and (the next version) 3.0.

Install
com_uddeim on Joomla 1.0, 1.5
com_uddeim_j16 on Joomla 1.6, 1.7, 2.5
com_uddeim_j30 on Joomla 3.0 (not released yet)
