Please help to use UDDEIM 2.0

I had some problem with my site ( www.perkantaskaltim.net ) :angry:
When login, my site cannot perform well. A massage come to my page as a devil :evil:

public_html/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_pmsuddeiminbox/pms.showinbox.php on line 1

So, now I just disable plugin for "private message" to makes it work. Does the UDDEIM 2.0 can work pretty well in Community Builder (ver 1.2.3)? What happen with my case?

uddeIM does work without any problems with CB.

It seems that the php file is corrupt. You can try to upload the file manually.

Coz I've trying to install UDDEIM 2.0 over than 8 times and download the package from another source but still the same, Error.

/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_pmsuddeiminbox/pms.showinbox.php
right?

As you can see from the path, it is not the uddeIM component which is stored in /com_uddeim/, so you can reinstall uddeIM 1000 times and the error will still there.

So you could reinstall the Community Builder Plugin "uddeIM Inbox" (cb_plug_pms_uddeim_inbox) or - as I wrote in my post above - you can replace the existing file on the server in case there was an error during the upload.

Have you checked the file above? Another issue might be that the folder access rights for CB plugins are not correct and so only zero lengths files are created.

Same case with the UDDEIM, I've already reinstall the cb_plug_pms_uddeim_inbox but it doesn't work.
