Unable to find and delete "2 Private Messages"

1. How do we turn off moderation of messages?

2. Aren't we running the latest/newest versions of both cb login and uddeIM? (1.8.1 & 2.8 respectively)

We go to UddeIM "user settings" but no one has been marked for moderation of messages.

Take Rainie, for instance, a user who is experiencing this problem.

Also, we are running UddeIM 2.8 latest version.

Check these

and

both have "delayed=1" set, so either you have enabled monitoring for these accounts or you had enabled to monitor new accounts an have disabled this later or something else has modified these fields.

To fix the problem set "delayed=0" for all messages or use the moderation center to allow these messages. But the question will still be: what has set this value to "1"?

You just stepped a bit beyond my knowledge level. Not sure where you are reading that code from etc.

Specifically, how do we set "delayed=0" for all messages? Where can this be achieved? Or where is the "moderation center" you mentioned located so me can "allow" these messages?

OK, I think I see what you mean. I'll set anything set as delay -1 to 0 and check back.

The moderation center or "message control center" is part of the premium package and usually it is not required since uddeIM does not set this flag without this plugin.

You do not need it when you use myPhpAdmin to reset the delay flag directly in the database. I have no idea why the flag has been set, it was definitely not uddeIM, so something else might have modified uddeIM's tables.
