email notification and udeeim backend char codification /

hi, i dont get any notification from uddeim. The CB moderator notification works


minor issue: i upgraded from 3.2 to 3.3 and now i have this codification problem, as you can see i don't have Sì (YES) in the select.
maybe a upgrade error? i just installed the new component in extension managment

ps: note before upgrading i didnt get any uddeim email too

Uddeim uses the wrong language file. Please enable UTF8 in the system tab.

Email stop is active. Switch it off to enable email notifications. Your users have also to enable it in their frontend.

there is a way to set notification ON by default for the users?

i hided configuration for the users
