On my production site I am using Uddeim 3.5 with CB 1.9.1 on joomla 3.6. I have one user who when they try to reply to an email or create a new email is getting 403 errors. I have looked at the profile, synced users, checked and repaired Uddeim database. Can not seem to find the problem. All other users seem to work fine. Any thoughts?
403 is "forbidden" that means that he is not allowed to access a resource that is protected by the web server. Maybe he uses a browser plugin or a tool that modifies the URL and/or Joomla cookies.
