problem to send Private message in english

I have installed CB 2.0.13 and uddeim 3.7

Until now I didn't have any problems with integrating uddeim 3.x into my website (2 languages: english and german)...everything worked fine....but now I started some regression tests with the whole website and encountered the following behaviour when I change from german to english:

first I explain the scenario in german, which is correct:

1.login to website and switch to German
2.choose a profile via user-search ...it looks like this



3.Click on the CB-menu: 'Private Mitteilung schicken' ...the following form appears



4.Enter the mail text and send it -> OK

now I explanin the scenario in englisch, which is not working:

1. login to website an switch to English
2. choose a profile via user-search... it looks like this



3. click on the CB-menu: 'Send Private Message'...the following form appears



This wrong behaviour in English was not always, but I don't know what change to the website / uddeim caused this issue....and I do not know whether the Problem is in CB (it is a CB menu) or in uddeim ???

Why do you think uddeIM causes this error?

In the stack stack trace uddeIM is not mentioned. It seems that the url that is used to call uddeIM is wrong. Maybe the url has been "translated" and so the url is invalid?

OK may be you are right, that the URL is wrong. But where exactly is this 'link' (URL) between the CB's 'send private message' menu and the uddeim-form ? because I don't know where to check this URL ??? is it somehow generated in the background ?
