where the Hotfix Files 3 found on the server was created by Frog65

hi

i want to hotfix the uddelM 3.9 with hotfix3.

i read the notice:
Archive contains only the updated files!
Unzip and overwrite the corresponding files on your server!

but in which folders i can find the 3 files?
- getpiclink.php
- uddeim.php
- userlists.php
