In the Admin I have Email notification turned on and Default Notification set to Always. So why after several hours did no emails come into my Outlook notifying me that I have a new message on the site? This is in uddlM PMS. I'd love it if someone who can help would respond.

Have you checked the uddeIM FAQ. In this document you will find several issues that could cause this problem.

Ok I found the one thing that was the issue in set up. Stop Email was set to Yes. I set it to NO and get the email. However, I checked the box "copy to me" and I didn't get that email. Does that check box NOT send a copy of the email to my email address?

"copy 2 me" creates a copy of the message for you not from the email.
