I get notified that i had 2 meeasges?

I have to members that get notifed that they have 1 new messages and the other you have 2 new messages. But thier no messages in the inbox??? What to do?

Hi and thanks, but i have already read that.
And i suspect this is a comming problem with Udde Im. I have too members now with this problem. So how is it going when more members get this? I can´t everytime delete in the dtadabase? Their must be something wrong in the UddIm module becuse athoer here at Joomlapolis have the same experience..

I don't know if there's a solution fot that...
