General Message and Email Notification

I want to send a General Message to the Inbox of all users however, I don't want to send out Email Notifications to the thousands of users I have because my host will fine me if I send more than 200 emails out per hour.

If I check the box "Stop e-mail now" then post my General Message that should stop the email notification correct?

If I then uncheck that box after I have posted my General Message, will uddeIM then send out the emails?

No, uddeIM will not "buffer" unsent messages.

When you select "Stop e-mail now" then uddeIM does not send email notifications. These messages are not buffered for later delivery.
