Greek front-end translation (utf-8)

Greek front-end translation (utf-8) was created by grvulture
I just finished the greek translation of uddeIM 1.1

it is only for the front-end, haven't thoroughly tested, but I think it's complete.

download the attached file, extract it and put the php file in the utf-8 language folder of the /administrator/components/com_uddeim folder.
