UddeIM v1.2 - Userlist Empty

I'm brand new to Joomla, we are in process of converting our current site [ www.immortalmachines.com ] from php-nuke to Joomla v1 [ www.voodootechnologies.net ]. So far we have installed Fireboard and UddeIM. The only problem we are having is in UddeIM, when you compose a new message, click on show users and then click on the Userlist drop down it is empty. We are also unable to do username lookups when composing a new message. Any ideas what may be causing this?

Users are not shown in the userlist when
- they are blocked in Joomla
- the group is blocked in uddeIM
- the group is hidden in uddeIM
- the user denies to be listed in public frontend (public frontend only)

Please check these options.

Well I looked at the blocking are and there doesn't seem to be any blocked. The one test user I created also isn't blocked. Is there anything else I could look at?

Could you send me a superadmin login to your page please?

There are currently three users in your database:

admin, voodoo and jaga (disabled)

When you login as admin and call uddeIM->compose->Show users I see a list with "voodoo" inside, which is correct.

See, I know it was something simple I overlooked! Thanks a lot.
