New user to wait for 'X' days to send New Email

Hi, as you are working on new 1.5 version of UddeIM, i thought to request you for new feature.

I have noted in couple of instances where somebody registered to my site and immediately sent PM to other registered Users with SPAM Content. One PM was absolutely shocking to me when one of my member forwarded it to me for clarification. I dont remember whole content of the PM but is was like-- 'this is to notify that our company (abc company of user) in collaboration with www.xyz.com (OUR DOMAIN COMPANY) asking to visit abc's website to purchase blah blah thing.'


Of course I deleted the account but I saw similar new fake account created after few days.

I feel the best way to prevent such attempt by fake human users is to have a option in UDDEIM to send PM after X days of registration.

I have seen similar option in one of the site (non-joomla) where user has to wait for X days to send internal PMS. I know that you(developer of uddeim)is open to all suggestions like to add new feature with new version.

Could you put the feature request on the tracker plase?

I see this item is still in the tracker list. Could you give us a rough estimate when to 'expect' it implemented? (soon-ish, in the next big version, unforseeable future)

The tracker is not a list for individual mods.
I think its a nice idea, nevertheless other features had a higher priority in past. I try to this feature in uddeIM 2.1 which may also contain other still open feature requests.

It's good to know the feature might be available in the not-too-distant-future. Thanks for all the hard work and quick replies!
