uddeim 404 error

Next time please read the FAQ first and please read some Joomla beginners docs how to create menu links to components.

I created a correct link to uddeIM component and this works find now (do not use URL links for that).

In compose message window the BBcodes are not shown corretly. This is because of a 3rd party mambot you use on your site.

Please try to find the non-correct working mambot by disabling each mambot and checking if the compose page is shown correctly. Please give feedback which mambot causes the problem.

i found the problem.
if i use your link it work OK, but if i use the link in CBLOGIN module (notifications about new PM) it displays that error.

nm... I figured out what I was doing wrong - same thing probably. I was also using url to create the menu item.

Incidentally, I figured out how you CAN make a url link. If you create a menu item correctly, you can then refer back to that itemid when creating a url link. For example I created a menu item for "inbox" using the appropriate uddeim internal link. I then created an external url link to: www.yourwebsiteurl.com/index.php?option=com_uddeim&task=save&Itemid=80 as a "New Message" link. Itemid 80 is the "inbox" item I just created. Seems to be working just fine now.
