How do you block a user?

Love the application, but am having difficulty with the "block user" function. I've enabled it on the backend, but when a fireboard user goes to their private messages they get this:

User blocking
You have currently not blocked any users.

There is no where that I can find where a member can add a user to their blocked list.

How is this done?

Open a message then press "block user" in the header.

Its not in CB but in uddeim the PM component.
Thats why you have to open the PM component.
There you can block users.
