Help installing uddeIM was created by liftedrg

I just installed UddeIM but its coming up that its not compatible with my site.

I dont have a pre-existing UddeIM so i am installing it for the first time.

i unzipped and uploaded and then it is showing its not compatible. i have Community Builder and it says its supposed to interface with it.

anyone else gone down this road already? A little help would be very nice.
