mousefocus for autocompleter won't work

Good evening,

I'm using the autocompleter of uddeim for selecting people to send them messages. It works if I select the user by using the up/down-keys. If I try to select a name with the mouse, it doesn't work. No name gets marked and uddeim puts "undefined" in the name-box.
I'm using the version 1.5 of uddeim & 1.0.x of joomla. Tried it with up2date versions of firefox and opera.

My fault or a bug?

Not a bug since it works on thousands of systems.

Maybe a problem with another component or module. When you have updated uddeIM do you have also updates the Javascript files? Do you use the standard MooTools settings?

I completely removed the old one (except the database entries) & installed the new version so the js-files are up2date.
The mootools settings are on "default". Any idea how to check which component/module is in conflict with uddeim?

What does the Javascript error console say?

Oh I'm so sorry. I found the problem.. I'm using a "shoutbox"-module .. and it checks for new entries very often.. that causes the problem..
