We have uddeIM 1.0 on our clients site and it works great. It´s just that some of her members get emails saying they´ve got new messages even though they don´t have any in their inbox when they log in.
Does anyone know anything about this? I could try to update to 1.5 but i´m worried that the css and menustructure will change.
The "ghost" messages might be "forgetmenot" messages which will be sent when an unread message is in the inbox for a certain period of time.
When you have used udde 0.5b before there might be some messages from deleted users in the inbox which are not shown in uddeIM 1.0. You can check this using the maintenance function in the admin backend.
