pagination doesnt work (1.6)

Szenario:

I am visting my inbox and it offers my to navigate to page 1,2,3,4,5 etc…

Now when I press “page 2” it returns the URL:
index.php?limitstart=16?limitstart=16

I add my absolute URL:
index.php?option=com_uddeim&Itemid=135

As a result I have:
index.php?option=com_uddeim&Itemid=135& limitstart=16?limitstart=16

that actually take me to page 2.

Well, seems to be a problem with SEF. Do you have any SEF component installed (Joomla internal SEF works fine but some 3rd party components may have problems).

I use SH404SEF and my website is in German so the SEF plug doesnt work unfortunately /

however even when I tell SH to skip Uddeim the pagination doesnt work.
