Report a user what happens next?

I have enabled reporting a user.
the moderator receives the email but all it says is:
'A user has submitted a report regarding a user that requires your review. Please log in and take the appropriate action.'
How do we know which user has been reported and what action needs to be taken?

The moderator should be able to see the report in the CB Moderation module (if CB has been configured properly).

The action to be taken is really up to you.

On this site we typically investigate the report and if legit, we contact the offender and try to rectify. Most common case of report is spamming between members which leads to banning and blocking of offending member.
