Import / create users from list

I have a mailing list in CSV format. I'm using CB and Acymailing.
I can import the list to Acymailing with no problem, but the CBplug for Acy only works FROM CB TO Acy - not from Acy to CB.

Is there a way to import this list directly to CB and let the plug do its magic and create the list in Acy?

Thanks. I've installed CBjuice. It works fine. The fields appear as expected (name, user name, etc) but when viewed as records in Acymailing I get a generated Name. That name shows up in the CBjuice process as well...
