CB1.4 : Edit profile in frontend

Hello,

I like that moderators can edit user profiles in the frontend.

Now i get the edit button, and update user profile.
I even get the warning that i'm editing another user's profile, but all the fields are in read only mode.


There is a parameter in the field management that the field is user read only or not. When i put it as not read only, than i can edit it, but also the user when he/she logs in, and that s not what i want.

Moderators group = author (even tried with administrator)
user fiels are read only.

Meanwhile I made an upgrade to 1.8, but still the same problem.

I made a new tpic with CB1.8 in the title to have respones on that item instead of the CB1.4
