Lost password doesn't work was created by famacas

HI

I have a problem with community builder. When users forget the password and click on “lost user password”, it doesn’t work and nothing happens.Sometimes it redirects to the index page.
I have the last version 1.8. Could anyone tell me what the problem is.

Please read help us help: joomla version is needed too.
