Users Unable to Submit Articles OR Post

Dear All,
Good afternoon. I am a newbie in this field and testing CB in my site.
Users are unable to post articles. Error is "You are not authorised to view this resource.".
Requesting your kind guidance on this.

This is a Joomla issue - only author group users can post articles.

I am the administrator and am getting the same message. Please advise.

This is sill purely a Joomla issue and has nothing to do with Community Builder.

Suggest you post on the Joomla forums for support about this.
