So when people register at our website (
www.pledgein.org
) they receive an email to confirm their email address, and then we get an email that notifies us that there is an action required (all as expected). However, it used to be that when a moderator logged into the front end there was a notification that there were actions required and that link would send you to a place where you could approve the person registering, now the is no notification in the front end and seemingly no way to get to a place to approve people.
Therefor, they cannot be approved or log in to the site.
I even went into the backend and "enabled" them but they still cannot log in since the have not been approved.
Any ideas?? Help please!!
