how to ban user was created by neon88

Hi
i have a problem with one user.
I want to ban him for few days. How can i do this?
I dont see any option in CB 1.8
As i remember there was an option in earlier verions.

Its there - CB Moderators can ban from frontend by visiting someones profile.
