How to add some link to CB registration form

I wanted to add some link to some document for users to read before registering, much like terms and condition field but without this check box. For example with information how and where this register will be used. Same link can be added then to userInfo tab as well.

Is there another way except this terms & condition link and check box?
This feature can be used in many scenarios as well, for example some link to some information user will get when registered (bonuses, mail feeds, something else). So I think the solution is there, even without of need to hardcode some php (cb.core).
