I have created a new Joomla 2.57 site with the latest CB. I have experience in CB for quite a few years.
However, now that I am testing registering and logging in, once the user clicks the email link to confirm their email, they receive a screen that says it is OK to login. Once they login directly from that page, they receive an error message that says:
You are not authorized to view this page! :
You need to logout. !
with this url in the browser:
mysite.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=confirm&confirmcode=reg1d952081090df40b565393bb3a0cb1a808b6d26f&Itemid=0
I do have the main profile page created in one of the menus and the system knows that they are logged in despite this message because the "My account" which is set to registered shows up in the menu.
Also, I have recently placed an article in the "URL for first login visit" so I am confused.
Thanks for any ideas as I am trying to avoid frustrated users.
