I am planning to upgrade a J1.5 CB 1.9 website to J3 mainly by creating a blank new J3 site and transferring the database entries, since I don't need some of the old stuff.
My question is what happens to user passwords, is the encryption key somewhere in the database or in a file so I can copy that too? Or how should I proceed about migrating the CB database tables?
