Dependent text message into a profile

Hello,

I am using Joomla 2.5 and Community Builder 1.9

I have integrated a checkbox into the user profiles under "user status".
The checkbox can only be activated by the admin.

Now I want to display a message if this box is unchecked.

Unfortunately, I do not know to display a text-note if this checkbox is unchecked.
Otherwise, the text-note shoudn't appear.

Because i was an advanced member here all addons for this membership are available.
