Can not send an email from a list of Community Builder

Hello everyone,

I have a list of registered users on Community Builder.
Each person in the list can send an email by clicking on "send a message" from a person in the list, as long as he or she registers. If he did not register it does not work.
I would like anyone who is registered or not, whoever is not part of the list can send an email by clicking on "send a message" of a person from the list.
I do not know if I was clear?

Enabling public emailing in CB > Configuration.

The congiguration is Ok see the attachement. But I can not send an email from the list.

You'll need to clarify how it's not working then as public email form appears working fine in my tests. Ensure your Joomla menu item to CBs profile page is public and published as it maybe Joomla just blocking access to the menu item.

I made sure that the Joomla menu item on the CBs profile page is public and published.
I put you the address of the site and you can test by clicking on "CPBB members" menu, at the top right and try to send an email to a person in the list. A big thank you for taking care of this pb.
The site is "cpbb.fr"

Switch to default Joomla protostar template and see if issue persists. If it does enable debug mode and maximum error reporting in Joomla global configuration then retry to see if any errors output.
