You do not have an active CBSubs subscription and no recent download history for CBSubs. Please post in the support forums from the account that purchased CBSubs. We can not help you with paid products without verification you paid for it.
If you're asking a pre-sales question regarding CBSubs then yes it's possible to limit a plans availability based off the value of a CB field.
