How in frontend profiles/susan Articles to show column of Modified instead of Created articles dates?

Only way to change how CB Articles displays is to make a copy of the below template folder.

/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbarticles/templates/default

Rename your copy to something like "custom". Now in CB Articles > Parameters change the Template to "custom". Next you can exit your custom template (specifically tab.php) and change it to display whatever you like.

krileon what in tab.php I need to change to make it display column of Modified articles dates instead of Created articles dates?

Review the code carefully and make changes where you feel is necessary. The data available is the same data available in _content table. So replacing ->get( 'created' ) with ->get( 'modified' ) should be sufficient.
