I don't understand your question. You can already filter userlists by fields and have been able to for the past 10+ years. Add searchable fields to your userlist and that's all you need to do. This is covered well in the CB Primer Book which you can download below.

Maybe my question wasn't clear.
What I meant is that I would like a site visitor to be able to click the title at the top of a column to change it in order.
But also that a visitor can start a filter button somewhere where, in the same way as with the search button, fields can be selected to sort the overview.
For example, of fields that are visible when a member's details are viewed.
It would be nice if you could also filter on those fields that are not shown in the general overview.
In my opinion, these options are not yet available in the current CB.
