User constantly receiving privacy warning

user logs in and receives warning to agree to Privacy in profile.  Which he has done and yet it still returns. Plus he is unable to log out.  I even tried logging in as him and I got the same issue.  No new registrations have reported similar recently. Baffled!

You might be having a problem with Joomla's privacy consent plugin. Try disabling it. Then instead create a terms and conditions field in CB > Field Name set to display on registration and marked required. There you will configure your privacy consent. Next in System > Plugins edit CBs system plugin and turn on verify consent.

Many thanks for your quick reply.  I turned off Privacy consent plug-in. No difference.  Disabled System Privacy Consent.  Warning gone away.  Logged in multiple times as the user. No problem. Can log in and out
Note that it may be that JExtensions - GDPR has more control over the privacy tick boxes on any form within Joomla.  (I should have mentioned that earlier).

If the issue returns again I will direct it to the CB System plug-in.
