I am importing all users to a new site. I did an export to get all format and fields.
I have an Excel-sheet with all users but the order of columns are wrong and not all fields are present.
Do I have to include fields that I do not intend to import in the import csv-file? I.e.fields like "message_number_sent, avatar, avatarapproved, canvas, canvasapproved ..." ?

Cheers
Sven

Column order isn't relevant as it's just mapping data. It can also only export data actually stored in _comprofiler. You can exclude all columns, and is recommended to do so, that you do not intend to import.

OK, so what's important is the presensce of header matching actual field name (as per exported csv) and then all irrelevant fields can be omitted in the import.
This means I only have to edit the first row with the fieldname. That's excellent.

Thanks
Sven
