When editing a user's profile, especially in the back-end, to simply approve their avatar picture / portrait, it is annoying :pinch: to have to wait so long for the email validation. This would be nice in the front-end also.
When the value in the email field remains unchanged, then the validation should be skipped.
I agree. I also suggest adding a save button that does not send out welcome and confirmation mail independently from the main configuration. Perhaps checkboxes for each of them that are unticked.
