Hi!

First, thanks for the great product and service. CB (and Joomla) have never failed me ...

I wanted to pass along some feedback, specifically, that you flesh out your blog posts on new features (or big processes) with one or a couple step-by-step, common use cases that illustrates how one might employ the new feature.

This would be handy not only for a real-world example, but also to show the scope of what procedures might be involved with implementing a new feature or going through an upgrade process. Sometimes, I'm not sure whether I've "done everything" that I should do, or followed best practices.

For example, the recent change from UddeIM to internal private messaging has been great, and I've been able to successfully implement this. However, it would have been nice to also see a step-by-step example process that went from installation/configuration of the new element through uninstallation of the old UddeIM elements.

Not a big deal at all, and in general I've found all the docs and support to be great. But it's an idea for your blog posts I thought I'd pass along. Thanks for your consideration and again for such great products and services!

I'll try to be more detailed in the future for feature blogs. I try to at least include some screenshots of the new features, but you're right at least 1 usecase with it would be useful. :)
