[SOLVED] Install of cbsubstax - String could not be parsed as XML

Because of error "1146 Table 'db535930231.#__cbsubs_geo_zones' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT a.`id` AS `value`, a.`name` AS `text` FROM `#__cbsubs_geo_zones` AS a GROUP BY value ORDER BY a.`ordering` " when trying to create a new promotion, I read that I need to install plugin cbsubstax.

However, I get error "String could not be parsed as XML" when installing the plugin.

Please help.

CB Version?
CBSubs version?

Sorry about that, I had it in the first time I wrote this, but lost it the second time.

Joomla - 3.5.1
CB - 2.0.14
CBSubs - 4.0.2

Any ideas how to fix this? I have an advertisement going out that uses promotion codes.

Hi Eric,

The Promotions CBsubs plugin needs the CBSubs Tax plugin also to be installed.

You probably need to increase the maximum PHP memory size to install and upgrade CBSubs Tax plugin, as it has a large database of all geographic zones (countries+states) included.

I increased the memory and this is what is shown in Joomla's Site Information PHP Information.

memory_limit 2048M 2048M

But I still get the same install error.
