Not Asking for Credit Card for Plan With Free Subscription

8 years 4 months ago #282264 by Goosemoose
I've attached screen shots of both settings to show they've both been done. You can try registering at www.homeinspectorpro.com/index.php?option=com_comprofiler&task=pluginclass&plugin=cbpaidsubscriptions&do=displayplans&plans=13 to see it not asking for CC info.

Please let me know what else to try or what I'm missing. Thanks.

That's wierd. And if you set the first period e.g. to cost 0.1$ instead of 0$, does it display the subscription as you wish it (except the 0.1$ initial cost) ?

Yes it did create the subscription fine (see attachment). So it's only the free part that's screwing up.

I am unable to reproduce this issue here.

So back to square 1: Are you running latest CBSubs GPL which is version 4.1 ?
