[SOLVED] Payments not working

Hello, when I try and process a membership payment i get the following popup.

Popup? Please take a screenshot of what you're seeing. Ensure everything is up to date and that you've a payment gateway configured within CBSubs > Gateways. Please retest with default Joomla protostar template if issue persists to rule out template conflict.

Tried to screenshot, won't take one. I think because of it being a payment page. But here is whats in the popup...

Also, the payment settings are ok as I have a store and crowdfunding also on my site and they are both working ok...I did transaction with them both and they went through ok I am using authorize.net

Payment gateway is setup ok. It was working before. Template change doesn't help.

Does the latest version of CBSubs support TLS 1.2? Authorize.net has disabled TLS 1.0 & TLS 1.1

CBSubs supports TLS v1.2.

Encryption is handled at system-level (typically Linux). But your system must be up-to-date (well, at least not years old).

Regarding your popup: CBSubs's only pop-up window is for invoice(s) displays. So something else must be making that.
