No, the plans are set to AUTOMATIC and I'm pretty sure i didn't change that setting at any point.

Please ensure both CB and CBSubs are completely up to date then recheck. If issue persists please PM backend super administrator login credentials and will take a look.

Have reviewed your install and it's due to "For Autorecurring payments subscriptions only: Second and following auto-recurring payments amounts" being set to "No". With that set to "No" it is displaying as expected. Since it means the normal price is $14.99, but the first payment is $11.99. The plan however does not allow recurring subscriptions so this state should be ignored in this case. My recommendation is to just set "For Autorecurring payments subscriptions only: Second and following auto-recurring payments amounts" to "Yes". Have added a bug ticket for it to ignore that check when the plan doesn't even allow recurring payments.
