[SOLVED] I'm having problems with registration and can't figure out how to fix :-(

I tried to do this several times and each time I receive an error: Forbidden, you don't have permission to access (my url to admin) on this server. I can't change CREATE SUBSCRIPTIONS ALSO FOR FREE LIFETIME PLANS (under select global registration ...) nor can I change SHOW SUBSCRIPTION PLANS UPGRADE POSSIBILITIES under RENEWALS and upgrade settings.

I appear to be stuck with the attached. Why would I be prevented from changing these?

also just want to say thanks so much for trying to help me ....

You likely have a mod_security issue then if you can't save CBSubs > Settings. Contact your host and have them look into it for you.

Does the version I currently have matter:

it is CB Paid Subscriptions: Payments Center
Close
CB Payments Control Center is the starting point for settings and payment information.
You have the latest version 4.1.0+build.2016.07.15.02.32.01.d7e1fc312 .

yet it says the current version to be used ends in bdcc and is dated the 21st of Jul. was there a problem with the July 15th version?
