We noticed some malfunctions in CBsubs Mailer since version dated 15/02 and also present in today version 21/02
We did not change any mailer settings nor any email or cron settings, and for an unknown reason, mails are not triggered any longer at Paid Basket Paiement Date for all payment gateways.
Mail sent from auto actions work fine with the same trigger though. We tried to unpublish auto action but this has no impact on Mailer.
We also tried to suppress all html formatting in CBsubs mailer settings and leaving only [MESSAGE_CONTENT], but no success neither.
Did you change something from versions dated 05/02 and before which seemed to work fine ?
We would not like to roll back as we are testing Sepa payments with Stripe.
Last changes to CBSubs Mailer were last year. So it is unlikely to be related to CBSubs Mailer. If you're doing any sort of redirects during the payment process with CB Auto Actions you maybe interrupting CBSubs and preventing the mailer from ever executing. Aside from that I can't see a reason for any of the reset changes blocking the mailer from working. Are no emails being queued at all? or just those conditioning off payment date?

I'm confused. So there's no issue with CBSubs Mailer, but you're having issues with CB Auto Actions sending emails on triggers? What triggers exactly? There were several improvements to CB Auto Actions so you may want to review your action configuration carefully.

There is no issues with Cb Auto Actions nor with the triggers, but there is issues with CB Mailer when using the settings related to Basket payments
