Your issue is only present when "Relative to this date of the plans below" is set to "Paid Basket payment Date", correct? It works fine with other usages like "Subscription's subscription Date"? Trying to understand if your issue is with just that 1 usecase or if CBSubs Mailer in general is not working as there's a huge difference between investigating if it's just 1 of the relative options or if mailers in general don't work.

Correct, same issue with Pending Basket Last Updated Date

It works fine with other usages like "Subscription's subscription Date"?

Did not check this one but it works well with Last Online, Signup or Profile dates

So it could be related to basket only
