CBSubs doesn't establish those subscriptions it self as it sends them to PayPal to pay which is what creates the subscription in their PayPal account. They'd of had to of done this multiple times to have multiple subscriptions. I don't know what more to suggest. Try reviewing the subscriptions within your PayPal account and see if there are any other duplicates as you maybe able to cancel them from there.
